What you'll want to ask before a demo.

Is family access really included in Standard?+
Yes. From Standard upwards, each employee can extend access to a spouse and dependents at no extra per-dependent charge. We've found family access doubles long-term engagement and reduces partner-mediated wellbeing risks — so we price it into the seat, not on top of it.
What's the cost of onboarding?+
Zero. Comms strategy, champion training, SSO/SCIM setup, integration with Slack/Teams/Google Chat, launch campaign, and first health camp are all included in the annual subscription. No professional services fee.
How does headcount work when employees join or leave mid-year?+
Pricing is set on your active headcount at contract signing. We allow a 10% buffer either way before any true-up. Above that, we true-up annually at renewal — no monthly invoicing churn. Departing employees automatically lose corporate access; new joiners are auto-provisioned via your SSO.
Can I switch tiers mid-year?+
Upgrades are pro-rated and effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — we want to honour any active expert relationships built up in your higher tier.
What payment terms and currency?+
Annual upfront in INR is our default, with Net-30 invoicing terms. Global partners (with India headcount) can split: INR for India seats, USD for the rest at a converted rate.
