Anyo started after watching three things happen in parallel. Insurance premiums for Indian employers were rising faster than salaries. Existing wellness vendors were optimising for app downloads, not health outcomes. And every CHRO who renewed a wellness contract did it on faith, not data.
So we built the opposite: a platform where every employee builds a personal health profile, every team's risk shifts visibly over a quarter, and every HR leader walks into the renewal conversation with numbers — not narratives.
The name reflects what we set out to do — rewrite the script for how workplace wellness is delivered, paid for, and measured. Move it from a line item in search of a metric to a measurable system that lowers claims and improves day-to-day energy, focus, and engagement.
That's the work. Anyo is how it shows up.
The name is drawn from the Sanskrit Anyonya — being there for each other. That captures how we think wellness actually works: not as solo willpower, but as a network of small supports — a clinician who knows you, a colleague who shows up, a habit that holds.
It's also our practice. We combine Western evidence-based medicine and behavioural science with Indian wisdom in yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness. Two traditions, one rhythm.
