How much does onboarding actually take from our side?+
Effectively zero lift. We handle launch comms, manager talking points, champion training, and app set-up. You send one email; we run the rest of the campaign. Most teams go live in 2–4 weeks, and within the first 4 months we add Lyfis baselining and an onsite health camp.
How do we prove adoption to the leadership team?+
HR Partner Portal shows active users by week, sessions booked vs. attended, programme completion, and risk shift trends — all department-level, all de-identified. Quarterly CSVs and a renewal-ready pack export for insurance conversations.
What data does HR actually see — and what stays private?+
HR sees aggregated wellness scores, top health concerns by team, programme demand, and risk-shift trends. HR never sees an individual's name, session notes, diagnoses, or expert chat. Anyo is built so the people who need health information get it — and the people who don't, don't.
How do you handle mental-health crises?+
Every clinician is trained on escalation protocol. Imminent risk is escalated to our clinical operations team, who coordinate with the employee's nominated emergency contact and, when safety requires it, local authorities. Customer HR is informed of incidence rates in aggregate, never identities.
Is the programme voluntary? Can employees opt out?+
Entirely voluntary. Employees choose whether to register, what data to share, which programmes to join, and can withdraw at any time. We've found voluntary adoption sustains better outcomes than mandated wellness.
Which languages do you support?+
Expert consultations in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Gujarati. The app, content library, and community Circles operate in multiple Indian and global languages. Useful for distributed workforces where wellness needs to land in the employee's first language.
Can employees extend access to their family?+
Yes. Each employee can invite an additional family member or close friend to use Anyo with the same benefits — expert sessions, programmes, Clubs, content library. Family adoption is a strong predictor of long-term employee engagement.
Does Anyo prescribe medication or replace primary care?+
No. Anyo's expert consultations are assistive and preventive — nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, behavioural change, lifestyle. If an employee's concern requires medication or a primary-care diagnosis, the clinician refers out to a suitable specialist. Anyo is a layer that complements, not replaces, medical care.
What happens to an employee's access when they leave the company?+
Corporate access ends with the corporate email. The employee can continue using Anyo as a retail user with a personal email — their history and data carry over if they choose to convert. HR is notified of seat changes through the Partner Portal; no manual deactivation needed.
