How do I activate Anyo at my workplace?+
Three steps. Download the app at anyo.co/app, or open the web version at pwa.anyo.app/app. Choose Continue with email. Use your official corporate email to receive a one-time password and sign in. Once you're in, every feature is unlocked — expert sessions, programmes, Move+, content library, and Clubs events — all covered under your company's wellbeing programme.
Why does my email matter so much?+
Your corporate email is how Anyo recognises that your company is paying for your access. It unlocks free, unlimited use of every feature. Signing in with a personal Gmail puts you on the retail plan, where features are charged individually.
I accidentally signed up with my personal email. How do I switch?+
From the home screen, tap your profile (top right). Scroll down to Account → Log Out. Reopen the app and sign in with your corporate email. If the app says your number is already registered, use Sign In instead of Sign Up. If the corporate plan doesn't show up, write to care@anyo.app from your corporate email and we'll move your account over.
How do I confirm I'm on the corporate plan?+
Open your profile, then tap View Premium Membership Details. You should see Employee Wellness Program with the validity, status, and your company's name. If it still shows a freemium plan, email care@anyo.app from your corporate inbox.
What kind of wellness support does Anyo offer?+
Six layers, all under Apps at the bottom of the home screen: Lyfis — quick, doctor-approved self-assessments across Liver, Sugar, Hypertension, Heart, Mind & Mood, and Thyroid. Each score becomes simple, actionable steps. Rhythm — a habit tracker for water, steps, fitness reps, calories, and mood. The AI Calorie Lens estimates calories from a meal photo in seconds. Circles — a community feed where experts post tips, videos, and carousels you can save. Clubs — live expert-led sessions: 15-minute reboots, plus goal-based programmes over 3, 7, or 21 days. Each has a community forum for questions. Expert consultations — free 1-on-1 sessions across 50+ concerns: fat loss, body pain, stress, relationships, sleep, fitness, Ayurveda, financial wellbeing. Move+ — AI-powered virtual fitness coach with home workouts, challenges, and a stepathon leaderboard. Plus a library of 120+ videos and audios — yoga, art-based therapy, recipes, breathing exercises, affirmations.
Is Anyo just for mental health?+
No. Anyo is a holistic wellbeing platform — fitness, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle disorders (BP, fatty liver, low Hb), body pain, Ayurveda, financial wellbeing, and more. Mental health is one part of it.
Will experts prescribe medication?+
No. Anyo consultations are assistive and preventive — focused on lifestyle, behaviour, nutrition, and movement. If your concern requires medication or a primary-care diagnosis, your expert refers you to a suitable specialist.
Can my family use Anyo too?+
Yes. From your profile (top-right icon on the home screen), invite an additional family member or close friend. They get the same access — expert sessions, programmes, Clubs, content library — at no extra cost.
What languages does Anyo support?+
Expert consultations are available in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Gujarati. Each expert's profile shows the languages they speak so you can choose someone you're comfortable with.
How much time do I need to put in to see results?+
Even 10 minutes a day with the tracker, content library, or Clubs sessions can compound over a few weeks. Expert consultations usually run 30–50 minutes. Start small.
How many sessions can I book?+
Expert support is structured as plans — discovery call, 1, 4, or 8-session combos, or 30/60-day programmes depending on the concern. You can have two active plans at a time. Once you've reached a goal, book the next plan for a different focus.
Can I book a session without installing the app?+
Yes. Use the web portal at pwa.anyo.app/app/therapy to browse experts and book. The session link and slot appear on your home screen when you sign in to the app.
I booked a session but can't make it. What now?+
Reschedule or cancel from the Anyo app up to 15 minutes before your slot. The 15-minute buffer applies to accidental bookings too — so book mindfully; it's a one-click action.
What kinds of events does Anyo Clubs host?+
Weekly reboot sessions, monthly wellness masterclasses, live expert talks, health workshops, and seasonal wellbeing events — most short enough to fit in a lunch break.
Do I need to register in advance?+
Yes. Register through the app or web portal to secure your spot. If WhatsApp notifications are on, you'll get a reminder before it starts.
Can I ask questions during a live event?+
Yes. Clubs sessions run in webinar format with a Q&A section. You can ask openly or anonymously.
Can I get a recording of one I missed?+
Email writetous@anyo.app with the session name and we'll share what's available.
Will my employer see what I do on the app?+
No. Your activity, session content, expert chats, and personal data are entirely confidential. HR sees only anonymous, aggregated metrics — never names, never individual data. More detail on our Security & Trust page.
What personal information does Anyo collect?+
Name, year of birth, gender, and phone number (for session reminders). For interactions inside the app — Circles posts, Clubs forums, even expert sessions — you choose an anonymous screen name. That's what other users and your experts see.
Where is my data stored?+
On encrypted Indian cloud infrastructure (GCP Mumbai). AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Anyo is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
I can't log in. What do I do?+
Open the app, tap Profile, then scroll to the Help icon at the lower right. That opens a WhatsApp chat with our support team.
I see costs in the app, but I'm supposed to be on a corporate plan.+
That usually means you're still on freemium. Check your profile under View Premium Membership Details. If it doesn't show Employee Wellness Program, email care@anyo.app from your corporate inbox and we'll transfer the plan.
What happens to my account when I leave the company?+
Your corporate email becomes inactive, so the free premium ends with it. You can sign up as a retail user with a personal email and continue using Anyo — your history moves with you if you choose to convert.
My phone number says it's already registered.+
That usually means you've signed up before. Use Sign In instead of Sign Up. If it persists, email care@anyo.app with your details.
