1. Download: Scan the QR code below or click on the mobile app link above to download the Anyo app on your smartphone.

2. Once the app is installed or youve accessed the web link, select the ‘continue with email’ option.

3. Use your official corporate email ID to receive OTP and sign-in: Youll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to securely log in and access the wealth of wellbeing resources Anyo has to offer

Which ID should I use?

You can login using your official email ID to access features for free. If you are under a demo trial period, your free access will be enabled for the agreed time period.

Why should I use my corporate official email ID?

For FREE access to all the features including expert consultations, events,masterclasses, physical fitness challenges. All offerings by Anyo are covered underyour company’s employee wellbeing programme.

What kind of wellness support does Anyo offer?

Logging in with your official corporate official email unlocks a fantastic array of features designed to support you in various aspects of your wellbeing:

1. Anyo Rhythm, your easy habit buddy: Track water intake, step count, fitness reps, daily calories intake, and mood check-ins. Set a goal to lose or gain weight, boost energy, or maintain balance. Click a meal photo and the AI Calorie Lens estimates calories in seconds, guiding your daily target.

2. Anyo Circles: Stay informed with valuable tips and hacks posted by experts as videos, photos and carousels.

3. Anyo Clubs: Expand your knowledge through enriching sessions led by experts. We have 15 minute events to fit into your busy work schedule, as well as goal-based programmes (3-day/7-day/21-day). Club events have an interactive community forum to ask questions & share your health wins with the expert moderator and fellow participants.

4. Anyo Expert Consultations: Free 1-on-1 expert consultations for 50+ concerns across wellness domains like fitness, nutrition, mental health, etc.Here are a few areas to help you get started:

How do I make sure I am logged in as a corporate

On the home page, you can see your profile page button (indicated by the first letter of your screen name). When you click, you will see a page with tag ‘Corporate User’ below your email ID. Scroll down further to click on ‘View Premium Membership Details’. On this page, you can see the plan type, status, validity and organization name.

If I have logged in by mistake from my Gmail ID, how do I switch to corporate ID login?

Click on your profile page from Anyo’s home screen. Scroll down and see the ‘Account’ button. Click on it, ‘Log Out’. Then reopen the app to sign in with your official email ID.

Is the app only for mental health concerns?

NO, you can book sessions for physical fitness, nutrition, lifestyle disorders, stress, sleep issues, and more. Anyo is a holistic wellbeing platform and we add new domains of wellness based on your feedback.

Will experts provide medication?

The expert consultations are within assistive and preventive wellness space. We do not offer medications. If your concern requires medication, the expert will guide you to a suitable specialist.

Is Anyo easy to use during work hours?

Yes, Anyo is designed to fit around your work schedule. You can explore content or book expert sessions during breaks, within a few minutes.

How much time should I invest daily for results?

Even 10 minutes a day with any of the app features, combined with mindful practice or guided support, can begin to make a difference. 1-on-1 expert consultations usually last between 30 mins - 50 mins. You can start small and build at your pace.

DATA SAFETY:

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your personal data is 100% private and secure. All services are facilitated via cloud.

What personal information does Anyo collect?

Anyo collects your name, year of birth, and gender information. Your phone number is taken in order to facilitate reminders when you book a session. However, for further interaction inside the app, you will be asked to set an anonymous avatar name or screen name.

Will my employer see what I do on the app?

No. All personal information is 100% confidential, protected, and facilitated via cloud storage only. Information about your personal data is not shared with HR, your peers, or the management of your organization.

ANYO CONSULTATIONS

Is there a limit for the number of sessions I can book with experts?

Expert consultations are available as ‘plans’ to support your journey towards achieving your wellness goal. Through the ‘book a plan’ option under each expert listing, you will see discovery call, 1-session, 4-session, 8-session combos or 30-days/60-days depending on the concern vertical. You can keep two active plans at a time. Once you have achieved a goal, you can book the next plan for a different wellness goal

How many languages are available for support by experts?

English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, Sindhi.

What happens if I am unable to join the expert session scheduled by me?

You can reschedule your booked session by logging into the Anyo app. If you have booked it by mistake, you can also cancel it. We have a buffer time of 15 minutes enabled prior to which you can do this. However, we encourage you to book the slot mindfully as it’s a one-click process.

How can I reschedule or cancel a booked session?

You can reschedule or cancel your booked session 15 minutes prior by logging into the Anyo app.

Can I book a session without the app?

Through our web portal, you can browse through expert profiles, pick your concern, and book sessions. To stay on track with the upcoming session meeting link and slot, the details will be displayed on your home page of the Anyo mobile app.

What should I do if I’m not sure which expert to choose?

Use the “Chat Instant” feature to talk to a listener who can guide you to the right expert based on your concern.

ANYO CLUBS

What kind of events does Anyo Clubs host?

Anyo Clubs offers weekly reboot sessions, monthly wellness masterclasses, live expert sessions, health talks, and seasonal wellbeing programmes. These are conducted online and are highly accessible to registrants.

Do I need to register in advance for Anyo Clubs activities?

Yes, we recommend registering in advance via the Anyo mobile app or web portal to secure your spot. You can join through the link on the app when the session begins.

Can I ask questions during live events on Anyo Clubs?

Yes, our events are conducted in the webinar model and include a Q&A section where you can interact with experts anonymously or openly.

Are recordings available if I miss a session?

You can write to care@anyo.app for any related requests.

If I have a question before the event begins or during the programme duration, how do I address it?

If the expert host has enabled ‘forums’ for your event, you can click on ‘View Forums’ after registering for the event or activity and ask your questions. You can also share photos during the programme if it requires you to share progress, record your health wins, and cheer others’ posts with comments and likes.

TROUBLESHOOTING/CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I'm unable to log in—what can I do? / I am still seeing cost mentioned for the services inside the app - what should I do?

Please contact customer support through your profile page on the app. WhatsApp customer support is available through the question mark icon on the profile page.

Will I be able to use the free premium membership version after I quit the organization?

No. Since your corporate email ID will become inactive, you will lose premium access. You can sign up using a personal email ID and continue using it as a retail user. The features will then be charged according to retail costs.

Who do I contact for technical support or feedback?

On your home page of the app after login, click on the button displaying your initial on the top-right corner. You will be taken to your profile page. When you scroll, you can see a ‘Help’ icon at the lower right edge of the screen. You can click it to initiate a chat for support or feedback.

I signed up earlier. Still on a freemium plan. What is the code to switch to corporate plan?

Inside the profile page, click ‘View Premium Membership details’. It should ideally show ‘Employee Wellness Program’ along with the validity and status. If it does not, then it means you might be on a freemium plan. In that case, write to care@anyo.app with your email ID. We will enable the transfer of the plan from our end.

My phone number appears to be already registered. What should I do?

This can mean that you have already signed up with your email. When you access it again, use the ‘Sign in’ option instead of ‘Sign up’. Please write to care@anyo.app for further queries.
