At Anyo, we respect the time and commitment of our customers, experts, and administrators. This Cancellation Policy ensures a fair and transparent process for managing confirmed sessions.
1. Cancellation Window
Online Sessions: Customers may cancel up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.Offline Sessions: Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.Admin Cancellations: Administrators may cancel a confirmed session in cases of system issues, expert unavailability, or other valid reasons.Expert Reschedules: Experts cannot cancel sessions, as bookings are made based on the availability they provide. Experts may update their availability in advance if they know they will not be available. No changes to availability are permitted once a slot has already been booked. 2. How to Cancel
Customers can cancel directly through the in-app cancellation option for all confirmed sessions.Upon cancellation, automated notifications will be sent to the customer, expert, and admin team.If cancellation occurs after the permitted window, the session will be marked as forfeited and may be subject to charges as per package rules. 3. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule a confirmed session up to the same cancellation deadline (15 minutes before online / 24 hours before offline).Rescheduling requests made after the deadline may be treated as cancellations and result in forfeiture.Expert reschedule requests are subject to customer consent and platform approval. 4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show.No-shows result in the session being forfeited. In package scenarios, the session will be deducted.Repeated No-Shows: If a customer repeatedly misses sessions without notice, the Admin reserves the right to temporarily block future bookings as a penalty. 5. Admin Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by the Admin:
Customers will be notified promptly.The session will be rescheduled at no extra charge at a mutually convenient time.If rescheduling is not possible, the session will not be deducted from the package.6. Policy Review
This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated. Customers, experts, and corporate partners will be notified of significant changes in advance.
7. Acknowledgment
By scheduling a session through the Anyo Platform, you acknowledge and agree to follow this Cancellation Policy.
