Cancellation Policy

At ANYO, we prioritise the well-being and satisfaction of our clients and therapists. To ensure a smooth and fair process for appointment cancellations, please review our transparent cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Period:

  • We appreciate a 24 hour notice whenever possible, but a minimum of 4-hours notice is required.
  • Last minute cancellations will result in a cancellation fee.
  • 2. Cancellation Fee:

  • Clients cancelling within the 4-hour period will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session.
  • 3. No Show Policy:

  • Failure to provide notice for a scheduled session will be considered a "no-show."
  • No-shows will be subject to the cancellation fee.
  • 4. Rescheduling the Session:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling.
  • Rescheduling requests within the 4-hour period may be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation charges may apply.
  • 5. Emergencies and Exceptions:

  • Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are considered valid reasons for cancellations.
  • Work-related issues do not constitute emergencies.
  • The cancellation policy applies even in cases of unintentional acts.
  • 6. How to Cancel:

  • Cancel through the app before 12 hours of your session. (when they get a reminder).
  • Contact our customer success team for assistance.
  • Cancellation charges may apply for cancellations within 4 hours.
  • 7. How to Reschedule:

  • Contact our customer success team 24 hours before the session.
  • Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.
  • 8. Therapist Cancellations:

  • Every effort will be made to reschedule therapist-cancelled sessions.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • 9. Review and Changes:

  • This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated.
  • Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
  • Emergency Sessions:

  • No cancellations are allowed for emergency sessions.
  • A 100% cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation/no show.
  • Acknowledgment:

  • By scheduling a therapy session through the therapy app, clients acknowledge their understanding and agreement to adhere to the cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation Process:

  • The cancellation option is available in the app until 12 hours before the session.
  • Within 4 hours, a warning message "Cancellation charges will be applied" will be displayed upon clicking the cancellation button.
  • An email notification will be sent to the admin, therapist, and user for any cancellation or rescheduling actions.
  • This policy is designed to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process for all users and therapists. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
