Hi everyone! I'm Chinmayee, a Counselling Psychologist by profession. I have 5 years of experience working with individuals aged 18–50. I specialise in anxiety and stress management, personal growth, relationship issues, procrastination, overthinking, and interpersonal conflicts. Through my work, I witness human resilience, courage, and strength on a daily basis, and I draw upon these qualities to help people navigate their challenges. I use a mix of CBT, Trauma-informed approach and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in my sessions. I also facilitate listening and sharing circles and group spaces.
